Seminar on The Citizenship Law of Indonesia No. 12 of 2006

A seminar on the citizenship law of indonesia no. 12 Of 2006 was conducted on the 20th of september 2006 in cooperation with the department of law and human rights. The occasion was held to socialize the new law to the public. The minister of law and human rights of the republic of indonesia, his excellency mr. Hamid awaluddin attended the seminar and gave a thorough explanation on the implementation regulations of the new law.The event was attended by lawyers and representatives from the embassies of the australia, canada, united states, japan and germany.

His excellency mr. Hamid awaluddin, the minister of law and human rights of the republic of indonesia at the seminar were moderated by mrs. Retno darusallam. A press conference was conducted after the seminar and publication by national tv and news media were broadcasted and printed thereafter.
